Return Eligibility

- All original tags and accessories are still attached
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
Items not eligible for return include:
Used, damaged, or altered products
Underwear or intimate clothing (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photo/video evidence
- Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund
We will cover all return shipping costs for wrong or damaged items.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Exchanges
